Ramon Lopez has been the Marketing Director for C&W Business since October 2014. During his time at C&W Business, Ramon has led the creation and development of the B2B specific marketing team driving brand awareness, demand generation and multi-channel marketing.
Ramon was an integral part of the B2B integration team, being a key in seamlessly merging the marketing departments, assets and personnel for Columbus Business and C&W Business into one, high performing synergized team.
Prior to joining Cable & Wireless, Ramon led sales and marketing team in multinational companies like Avaya and Citibank. He is also a veteran of the United States Navy. Ramon is married to Dr. Lilliana Perez and has 2 children Andres 8 and Eduardo 5. In his spare time, Ramon likes to play golf, coach his sons little league teams and travel, not for work, but with his family.

Lance Artis currently serves as the Head of Sales for Google Fiber for the South East Region. In his present role he leads a Strategic team of sales and support professionals that focus on inventory acquisitions and business services for Google Fiber across a multi-state region.
He has over 15 years of industry experience in sales leadership roles in the telecommunications, and cable industry with companies like KDDI, AT&T, Time Warner and Comcast. He has coached and mentored hundreds of sales professionals and led domestic and international teams of strategic sales partners who were responsible for the sales and deployment of advanced voice, data, network integration and cloud services.
He has extensive knowledge of selling solutions related to voice, cloud, data network deployment and infrastructure.
Prior to his current role Mr. Artis was the national Sr. manager for Time Warner Cable reseller channel, prior to that he was the regional multi-family manager for Comcast and held the role of global director of alternative channel sales for KDDIA.
Mr. Artis also served as chief technology consultant to the President of Senegal West Africa and key consultant to several tech start-ups.
Mr. Artis holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a study focus in Telecommunications and Networks, and a Graduate of the Valley Forge Military College.

Gabriel is the Director of Networking, Security and Mobile Workforce Solutions for C&W Business since 2012. In this capacity, he is responsible for the performance, planning, launching and demand generation of diverse customer-facing IT Solutions.
Gabriel is an expert and has spoken at several events throughout the region on topics such as the challenges related to Risk Management in the business process; IT and Security Investment Management; and Services Outsourcing. He has also written articles and papers that have been featured on key media across the industry.
Mr. Marcos graduated as a Systems Analyst and is trained on international standards such as ISO 9000, ISO 27000, ITIL and COBIT. He holds a post-graduate degree in Business Management and has served as a Professor at several Universities in Argentina and Colombia.

Vice President
Carlyle J. Roberts is an accomplished Telecoms Executive with over 18-years of experience in the field of Information and Communications Technology [ICT]. He has worked throughout the English-speaking Caribbean adding value to private and public service organisations with technology insights and solutions.
As an Executive with the leading telecommunications company in the Caribbean, including most recently as a Regional Vice President, Mr. Roberts spent 11-years traveling and working in a number of Caribbean and Central-American countries, including Jamaica, Cayman, Panama, Trinidad and Barbados and 10 other Caribbean territories.
He gained diverse experience in technical and business leadership areas including network design, software development, product development, business development, sales and marketing leadership. He has also had opportunity to speak at various regional events, including several Caribbean Association of National Telecommunication Operators (CANTO) conferences, Caribbean Telecommunications Union (CTU) ICT events, CariCam Telecom Forum, Regional National Insurance and Regional Police Commissioners forums.
Mr. Roberts has a passion for the role of technology in nation building, and has had the opportunity to be a significant part in a number of government development projects within the Caribbean Region, including e-Learning and education in Jamaica, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and St. Kitts; City Wi-Fi in Barbados, and the public service technology infrastructure in Dominica.
Mr. Roberts was awarded the Price Waterhouse award for the highest graduating average from the College of the Bahamas. He holds a BSc. Degree in Computer Science and Electronics from the Mona Campus of the UWI, and an MSc. [Eng] Degree in Communication Systems from the St. Augustine Campus of the UWI. He has also completed a number of technology industry certifications and has diplomas and training in Project Management, Marketing, People Leadership, Coaching, and is a Member of the Institute of Electronics and Electrical Engineers (MIEEE).

Marcelo has years of experience inside Information Technology organizations. Working in diverse areas such as technical, sales, marketing, and product development he has successfully created and delivered value for clients.
Recognized as a thought leader in the cloud computing arena, Marcelo has written articles and papers, and presented at multiple industry conferences and client presentations.
Marcelo holds a Business Management degree, post-graduation programs in marketing and information technology as well as a Finance Masters degree from California State University in Hayward, California.

Hernan Cristaldi
Hernan Cristaldi is currently Head of Mobile Product Innovation for C&W Business where he is responsible for developing new mobile value added services for business customers in all fifteen markets where the company has mobile network operations. His earlier experience covers product management, value added services business development and product marketing strategy for mobile products in the Enterprise, Business and Consumer markets.
He led several M2M projects in the USA, Mexico and Europe for companies like GM and Amazon. In Argentina, he successfully launched a WiFi Calling service, as well as the first carrier-branded application store in the region. He also implemented Developer Programs in both enterprise and consumer markets.
Hernan graduated in Computer Engineering from U.C.A. of Buenos Aires, Argentina and is now based in Miami, Florida.

Gilbert Perez
Gilbert Perez is the Regional Sales Manager for FORTINET in the English-speaking Caribbean. With over 17 years of experience in the ICT technology industry and the Caribbean market, Mr. Perez has a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the role and evolution of networking technologies and the impact these technologies have had on Caribbean businesses and culture.
Prior to joining FORTINET in 2012, Mr. Perez held numerous positions at Cisco Systems and Cabletron Systems including that of Territory Business Manager for the Latin American and Caribbean region. Mr. Perez is a graduate of Marymount Manhattan College in New York City and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.

Anthony Monaro
Anthony Monaro is a natural optimist who is an open book, what you see is what you get. He’s a commercial manager that loves challenges.
Experienced in telecoms for over 15 years, he has deployed multiple products for Cable and Wireless most notable is the iPhone launch in the Caribbean, Blackberry 10 and Blackberry Prepaid.

Ernesto Noblecilla
Ernesto Noblecilla has approximately 20 years of experience in the ICT technology industry serving different regions and countries within Latin America (South, Central and North America) and the Caribbean. Mr. Noblecilla worked as a liaison between North America and Latin American technology exchange and innovation at Cisco Systems and now develops the security product portfolio at Fortinet.

C. Stephan Brown
C. Stephan Brown received his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS): Applications Programming from the College of The Bahamas and is currently pursuing his MBA in IT Management at the Florida Institute of Technology. A strong advocate for progressive technology, he involves his peers and colleagues in collaborative projects that he feels will help to enhance society and its current modes of operation, as well as allows persons to express their views and opinions within a constructive and productive environment. His professional interests focus on Information Technology, in both Networking and Programming, and his current projects include Server & Network Management, and Mobile & Web Development, including design, hosting, and maintenance. In addition, he is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CSB Tech Emporium, as well as serves as the I.T. Manager for The Medical Pavilion Bahamas.
He recently began preparations for the full release of a new platform known as CSB Tech Investors, which will be, in his opinion, a revolutionary tool that will bring multiple groups together within the field of Information Technology in The Bahamas.

Antonne Taylor
Antonne Taylor is versatile, and highly qualified and experienced professional engineer registered in the Bahamas and State of Florida, USA. He obtained his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from McGill University in Canada, and his Master of Science degree in Coastal Engineering from Texas A & M University in the United States. While completing his thesis for his master’s degree, Mr. Taylor had performed extensive numerical modelling research focused on coastal impacts due to both land development and major weather events (e.g. hurricanes and storm surges) in both Texas and Mississippi. He has worked in a variety of roles for the past several years; as a senior site engineer of structural works (e.g. Atlantis and Baha Mar), a structural designer of commercial buildings and luxury homes, a coastal engineer performing coastal field investigations and a designer of large marinas.
Additionally, Mr. Taylor has professional affiliations as a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and as a director in the Bahamas Society of Engineers. Mr. Taylor’s diverse background as a designer, engineer, and researcher informs his well-rounded approach to project management, and bodes well for his continued success as a professional coastal-structural engineer in the Bahamas.
